Most courses don't start with a blank page. They start with a document nobody has time to turn into training.
So instead of telling you what our AI agents do, here's a short look at one building a course, start to finish.
Can't see the video? Watch it on YouTube.
That's the whole thing. One prompt in, a course you can edit out. Here's what you just watched.
Step 1: Create a course
Click Create course. No template to pick, no storyboard to fill in, no meeting with an instructional designer to schedule.
Step 2: Type what you need
The prompt in the video was forklift safety. You'd type the training you actually owe this quarter: forklift certification, a new harassment policy, phishing defense, a safety procedure that just changed.
You can also drop in your own material, like a policy PDF, a deck, or an SOP. The course gets built from your rules, not somebody else's.
Step 3: TeachMate drafts the outline
TeachMate is the agent that authors. It reads the prompt and lays out the modules and lessons first, so you can check the structure before anything gets written.
Don't like the order? Change it. It's your course.
Step 4: The lessons get written
Then it fills in the lessons. You're reviewing a draft that's most of the way there, not writing from scratch.
Step 5: Shape it with the block library
The block library is where you make the course yours. Add text, images, video, flashcards, and quiz blocks. Swap in footage from your own sites so the training looks like where your people actually work.
Then the agents keep going
Building the course is step one. The video ends on the other three:
- Build. TeachMate drafts the course from a prompt.
- Enroll. Agents assign it to the right people.
- Remind. Agents nudge the stragglers until it's done.
- Report. You get audit-ready proof of who's trained.
Keep the LMS you already have
You don't have to migrate anything to use this. Export the course as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, xAPI, cmi5, or LTI and upload it to the LMS you run today. Or let the agents run enrollment, reminders, and reporting on our platform.
Either way, your LMS team's part can be as small as clicking "upload."
Three teams already doing this
These are real customers. We've left their names out.
A reseller software company training its sales team. Their reps sell a long list of reseller products, and every product line needs its own training. They use Creator to build AI courses for the sales team, starting with an interactive flat panel (IFP) course for reps and then moving on to the other product categories they resell. A new product line doesn't mean a new production project anymore. It means a new prompt.
An HSE and contractor-verification team. Their hiring clients hand them safety material, like one major operator's safety awareness and safety commitment content, and subcontractors have to be trained on it before they show up on site. They wanted that content turned into training they could deploy in minutes, not weeks. We took a sample safety awareness orientation document and built a review course from it. They're weighing two paths: Creator, which exports to the LMS they already run, or hosting the course with us. Either way, the learner sees their brand.
A botanical garden's safety lead. They bought Creator for about five users to create and update their safety and security training. Their ask was specific. Take the exact PowerPoint decks they already use and turn them into video courses, and support Albanian for the staff who need it. After a walkthrough, video courses from PowerPoint were switched on for their account.
Different industries, same pattern. They start from material they already have, an agent builds the first draft, and they spend their time reviewing it instead of building it.
Start with a Creator plan
Learn Or Teach Creator is $1,500 a year for a limited time. That covers AI-built courses from a prompt or from your own documents, plus exports to the LMS you already use.
If you have one course you've been putting off, start there. Type the prompt you'd give an instructional designer and see what comes back.
